18-4 filling and sealing machine is designed and manufactured by our company after digesting and absorbing the filling and sealing technology of ferrum company in Switzerland. It can be widely used in beverage, mineral water, fruit juice, etc. The machine has compact structure, stable operation and beautiful appearance.
The whole machine is transported at the bottom of supporting tank, which makes the whole line transportation more stable. PLC control, touch screen operation (Siemens). The filling principle is micro negative pressure gravity filling. The filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical valve, which has high filling speed and high liquid level precision. It can be filled with a can and can not be filled without a can.
The structure of the combination of filling valve port guiding device and supporting bottle bottom lifting device is adopted to ensure the stability of the tank in and out of the filling machine to the greatest extent; the filling cylinder is supported by worm gear box, which can meet the requirements of different height of the tank; the filling cylinder is equipped with liquid level float switch to ensure the stability of liquid inlet.
All seals used in the filling machine must meet the requirements of high temperature filling and CIP cleaning of acid resistant liquid or high temperature alkali solution. In addition, in order to protect the safety of operators, reliable and tight protective doors and protective plates should be added outside the equipment to prevent scalding accidents caused by splashing hot drinks during hot filling production.
